Toronto Baby Photography | Oliver: the Sneak Peek

I had the honour of spending a couple of hours on Saturday with my friend Tanya, her hubby Tom, baby Oliver and their pup, Scruffy!

We hung out and talked, and I took some photos for this adorable family. It was hard to narrow down to 3 for this teaser, but more to come soon!

Thanks so much for allowing me to photograph your beautiful family Tanya & Tom! Oliver is beyond adorable, and so is Scruffy :)

Mother & Son, so sweet.

Burlington Engagement Photography | Sneak Peek: Jen & Matthew

I met up with Jen & Matthew in the late afternoon yesterday for their engagement photos in Burlington along the waterfront. It was hot & humid, and we got a few sprinkles of rain, but fortunately the heavy stuff held off for this cute couple! To top it off, the sun made a few brief appearances.

Matthew had the sweetest look every time he looked at his bride-to-be.  You can really tell that he makes Jen giddy and happy. I love how cute the two of them are together. Here's a sneak peek! Be sure to check back for more. :)

Genius wedding idea: First Looks

I saw this lovely photo from Joanna at A Cup of Jo a few days ago and it really got me thinking about First Looks.

In my humble opinion, one of the sweetest, and most emotional moments of the wedding day is when the bride and groom see each other for the first time.

Increasingly couples are opting to have their Firs Look before the actual ceremony, which means a special sneak peek just for the two of them! As a photographer, I love the idea of First Looks. The moment that you see your soon-to-be wife/husband for the first time on your wedding day is so intimate and romantic, filled with emotions. A little bit of tears, a lot of kisses. There's no need to hold back, just you and your love.

I think it is an amazing experience to share privately, with just the two of you - and your photographer of course! To capture those heartfelt moments. And when you walk down that aisle, there will still be anticipation but there will be an extra twinkle in both of your eyes as well because of what you just shared.

So brides and brides-to-be, pretty please consider this lovley idea!
